Zonal Office Dhaka South - At a glance !

To solve the housing problem of the lower-middle class and middle-class people of the country, the Corporation is continuing its continuous activities to improve the quality of life by providing loan assistance. To this end, Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation, Zonal Office, Dhaka South has disbursed Tk 129.13 crores and collected Tk 202.05 crores of loans in the last three years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23), out of which the collected classified The loan amount is Tk 19.75 crore. Currently classified loans amount to Tk 26.87 crores (7.15 %). As a result of close monitoring, 77 cases have been settled during the said period. Apart from this, the Zonal Office, Dhaka South earned a pre-tax profit of Tk 33.75 crore during the stated period. BHBFC has adopted a plan to upgrade all activities to a Full Automation process with technological development to improve customer service. As a part of this, instant services are already being provided to customers including receiving/depositing loan instalments through Application Programming Interface (API) using Business Intelligence Software (BIS), Management Information Software (MIS), and Sonali e-service.
